1. Before starting the central conveying system, try to manually rotate the driving wheel for one or two turns. After confirming that it can be operated flexibly, turn on the power supply and wait for the normal operation of the central conveying system before starting the paper supply.

2. During the operation of the central conveying system, paper supply must be maintained evenly to avoid overload. At the same time, prevent other broken objects from falling into the machine.

3. In the process of using the central conveying system, if any parts are found to be worn or damaged, they must be repaired or replaced in time.

4. The central conveying system should ensure that the bearing is in a good lubrication state during the working process, and pay attention to whether the bearing temperature is too high. Once abnormal sound and vibration are found, they should be turned off to check for faults and timely maintenance.

5. If the central conveying system is to be stopped, the paper feed should be stopped first, and the residual material in the machine should be drained before cutting off the motor power.

6. When closing the central conveying system, each bolt needs to be checked to see if it is loose and must be tightened.
