Classification of circulating hot air dryer:

According to the different ventilation fans configured by the circulating hot air dryer, it can be divided into:

1.Low pressure type: circulating heat fan, general heat fan.

2.Medium pressure type: medium pressure type circulating heat fan, medium pressure type general heat fan.

3.High pressure type: air volume type high pressure circulating heat fan, air volume type high pressure general heat fan, pressure type high pressure heat fan.

According to the upper limit of the air temperature used by the hot fan, it can be divided into: medium-temperature hot fan (the highest air temperature is 150℃), high-temperature hot fan (the highest air temperature is 350℃), ultra-high temperature hot fan (the highest air temperature is 650℃).

Daily maintenance of circulating hot air dryer

1.Check regularly whether the whole machine and the power cable are properly connecte.

2.Often remove the dust, oil, dirt of the machine.

3.Check regularly and clean the filter net of the fan inlet.
